Installed on your Windows workstations, AIKeep becomes the single command centre of your business: accounting, banking, payroll, quotes and invoices, documents, email, business applications, servers and cybersecurity. It connects to your tools through APIs and MCP, drives a browser for those that expose nothing, and writes the code it needs itself when no interface exists.

Which software does Step By Step publish?

Step By Step publishes two artificial intelligence products: AIKeep, the AI software that runs a company’s entire business admin from its Windows workstations, and AIGuard, the filter that anonymises sensitive data before it reaches an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot.

What is the difference between AIKeep and AIGuard?

AIKeep acts: it carries out admin, document and system tasks in your tools. AIGuard protects: it filters what is sent to AI models. Within AIKeep, AIGuard is built in at the exit point, so any data sent to the model is filtered.

Can AIKeep be integrated with our existing software?

Yes. AIKeep connects to your tools through APIs, MCP servers, browser automation or code. The studio can also build any missing connectors and support the rollout in your business.
